For CDT-TX-02M-R, what does standby mean?

For the CDT-TX-02M-R, it enters standby after transmission of continuous ON frames followed by 2 OFF frames. After this the RF transmit circuitry shuts down and module enters standby. This reduces the total current consumption from 27 mA to 1 uA.
