The CAD data made available to you remains the property of Circuit Design Inc. unless otherwise stated by specific exception. By using such CAD data you do not acquire any ownership rights of the information, designs or Intellectual Property (IP) pertaining to design, copyrights, patents or trademarks etc, contained within the CAD files or the data therein.

Circuit Design assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, deficiencies or defects in the CAD data or for loss or damage of any nature incurred in connection with the acquisition and/or use of the CAD data. Circuit Design retains all rights, including copy right and intellectual property right, to the software. The user acknowledges and agrees that the use of the CAD data is at your own risk.

Disclosing or leaking information to a third party is strictly prohibited. CAD data is intended to support your in-house designing process, and does not guarantee product specifications, shapes, etc. Therefore, it is recommended to use it as reference.
